Take advantage of your ski holiday in Maria Alm from the central location of our Chalet directly at the ski lift, the ski school meeting point and the local sports shops, which also offer ski rental. Stress-free and without the hassle of looking for a parking space, you start your skiing day and can look forward to 130 perfectly groomed slopes of the Hochkönig ski region. It is part of the Ski amadé network and has much more to offer: 33 top modern lifts, exciting fun parks, nightslopes, freeride slopes and, of course, rustic ski huts inviting you to relax. If you are looking for the superlative, you will find it in the 32 km long "Königstour" and for entertainment enjoy spectacular ski shows!

Other attractive ski resorts such as the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn are located in the surrounding area. The access to this extensive ski area, which is one of the three largest in Austria, is only 16 km away on the Asitzbahn Leogang.

Cross-country skiers will enjoy the 30 km of cross-country ski tracks, which can also be used directly from the house. Here both classic runners and sporty skaters get their money's worth! If you would like to do a fun tobogganing with the whole family or friends, you can choose among several toboggan runs in the region, some of which are illuminated during the evening hours: the 2.5 km long toboggan run Jufen, the 2 km long natural cycle track Kronreith or the 6 km long toboggan run Biberg!
